In addition, you can host your own class with a few of your closest friends at home or other neutral location for an intimate, customized, non-intimidating practice. Rather than joining a crowded gym or studio, my program comes to you.
Classes can take place when you want, not the other way around. With more one-on-one instruction, you’ll get the attention you deserve, ensuring that you’ll end each session feeling more relaxed, focused and physically fit.
Sometimes attending a class at a studio is intimidating and crowded, leaving you feeling more stressed than before. With private sessions, there’s no rushing to the studio to get a good spot. Plus, you choose the date and time of your sessions, whether it’s during your kids’ naptime, or after you get home from work, or even first thing in the morning to get your day off to the right start.
Each private or semi-private session is designed specifically for you and your level of experience and ability. They will focus on exercises for your body type, taking into consideration your fitness level, stress level, and your personal health goals.
